Philip Seager Trained at Robert Half and moved on to develop his career with DLA (Douglas Llambias Associates) and Finance Professionals where he focussed on recruiting into corporate finance and accountancy practice firms. Philip developed and managed the professional services teams at both his latter employers, developing key contacts within the accountancy firms and other niche firms.
Sarah Spry Commenced her career in Personnel moving on to work with Michael Page where she progressed from trainee through to Branch Manager with their sister company Accountancy Additions. Sarah worked with candidates of all levels recruiting into small, medium and large blue chip commerce companies based in London and the Home Counties.
Jeff Grout Jeff has recently joined the management team as a non executive advisor to support and advise the board. Formerly UK Managing Director of Robert Half International and Business Manager to Clive Woodward, Jeff Grout is now an independent business consultant. During his time at Robert Half the company grew from having an annual turnover of less than £1 million and 12 staff to having a turnover of £65 million and 360 staff in 20 locations. He holds a number of corporate advisory and executive coaching appointments and is also a successful business author.
Developing upon these reputations and contact networks, Alan Mitchell Financial Recruitment has grown from strength to strength. Having initially focused on the front office banking market place, we have developed our extremely successful business model to encompass specialist teams concentrating on the recruitment of finance staff into commercial companies and the recruitment of finance and banking staff into the Middle East.
